Shipping policy
Onmie works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, which partner with local courier services - so we can deliver directly to your door and are proud to offer a flat shipping fee.
Our delivery takes 5-14 days; the order will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours. It is the shipping company and the government that decide when your order will be delivered.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are reviewed and approved prior to shipment and may take several days to clear. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Some of the goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping process
We begin processing your order immediately and therefore cannot make any changes (including address changes) after you have placed your order. We only ship to the address you provided when placing your order. You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We only ship on working days and not on Saturdays or public holidays.
On average, we need 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. Some items may take longer, especially near holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items with availability issues. Orders will be shipped once the item's availability is confirmed.
For orders containing multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to the different locations of the production partners.
Deliveries
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither specified nor guaranteed.

Customs duties, taxes and other fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. fitdeutschland has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for all applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.
Customs regulations vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Onmie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.
Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when investigating damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Disclaimer for incorrect address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to make an address change.

When can I expect my delivery?
All orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Delivery time is approximately 10-14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and location. However, shipments may be delayed due to other factors such as customs clearance or inspection, or carrier-related delays.

Which countries do you ship to?

Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays.
